    Martha Sudovsky

    Senior Vice President of Operations

    As a founding employee, Martha has been with AmeriFactors since the beginning in 1990. Martha is responsible for managing all Accounts Payable functions for the company and assists with the daily processing of Accounts Receivable. In addition, she provides full management of Human Resources and payroll. One of Martha's most critical roles involves the handling of all wire and ACH transfers. Martha's operational planning and funding expertise continues to help AmeriFactors clients reach new levels of success.

    Angela Fiorentino

    Senior Vice President / General Counsel

    While working in the financial industry for nearly 10 years, Angela graduated cum laude with a degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and graduated cum laude with her J.D. Degree from the University of Miami. Thereafter, she began working for the law firm of Bast Amron LLP where she handled complex commercial litigation and creditors’ rights matters, including investigation and recovery of assets through litigation. She then joined the law firm of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC where she represented national and multinational clients in complex and varied litigation. As General Counsel for AmeriFactors, Angela develops creative solutions to help clients overcome obstacles to obtain the funding they need.

    Joe Yannazzone

    Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

    Joe has been a valued team member of AmeriFactors since 2010. He brings over 27 years of financial experience to the company. Joe is responsible for many critical financial tasks, including weekly and monthly financial statements, balance sheet account schedules, annual budget preparation, employee health benefit and financial analysis, external audit assistance, tax preparation, and special projects for the CEO. Joe holds a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and has a BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University in NJ.

    Kerri has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and media industry. She has been a leader in marketing world class brands in launching new innovative initiatives and transforming classic campaigns. Kerri graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. She is leading the AmeriFactors marketing team in research, analytics and strategizing the effective mix of media, digital, CRM, public relations and community affairs to keep the community, clients, and potential clients involved and aware of our services and AmeriFactors commitment to the community.

    Peyton joined the AmeriFactors team in 2010 after obtaining a degree in finance from the University of Central Florida. He has worked in every facet of our funding process including everything from invoice verification to financial forecasting/budgeting. Peyton is currently responsible for the credit underwriting on current and prospective business, ensuring our clients take on only the best possible credit risks.

    Kristina graduated from the Honors College at Stony Brook University with a degree in Business Management and Anthropology, and joined the AmeriFactors team in 2013. She prides herself on her efficiency and meticulous attention to detail while processing funding and assisting all clients with managing their accounts receivables portfolios.

    Frank has played an important role in the growth of AmeriFactors since joining the team in 1998. He assists management in developing yearly strategy to identify companies who could benefit from the funding services offered by AmeriFactors. Frank works with hundreds of clients nationwide to fund their cash flow needs. He is an expert at identifying funding opportunities for new clients and helping them become a part of the AmeriFactors family. Frank holds an Associate's Degree in Psychology from City University of New York in Staten Island.

    Robert Brownell

    Regional Vice President for the South Florida Region

    Robert started his business financing career in 2008 running the factoring sales division of a regional Florida based Bank, and joined the Amerifactors team in 2017. He attended Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Community College, and has an Associate Arts degree. Along with his sales background, Robert has a strong background in research and due diligence, which often assists speed up the setup process for Clients.

    Over his 25 year career, Donald has been a successful business owner and business development specialist, with extensive expertise in banking and finance. During his tenure as vice president at several major banks, he specialized in developing relationships with clients by gaining a strong understanding of their businesses and tailoring programs to meet their funding needs. In addition, Don is on the board of directors for the Hempstead Boys and Girls Club.

    Hailee graduated from Argosy University, Honolulu, Hawaii with a Bachelors of Arts degree majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services. She earned the Highest Collegiate Honors throughout the duration of college, maintaining a 4.0 GPA all four years. Hailee worked in the hospitality and office management industry for eight years prior to joining the AmeriFactors team. She is an insightful and energetic self-starter. Hailee’s dedication leads to her strong customer relations.

Applicant understands that AmeriFactors intends to rely on the foregoing information in determining whether to enter into a factoring agreement, and applicant authorizes AmeriFactors to do so. Applicant also understands that the foregoing information may be incorporated by reference into an agreement between Applicant and AmeriFactors and any failure of Applicant to disclose truly, completely and correctly the information requested may constitute a breach of any such agreement. Applicant understands further that AmeriFactors has not, by requesting the completion of or accepting this application form, committed to make or implied an intention or commitment to enter into a factoring agreement with Applicant. Applicant acknowledges that he has retained a copy of this application form. Applicant authorizes AmeriFactors (officer, employee, or other representative thereof) to visit and inspect any properties of Applicant; to discuss Applicant and its affairs, finances, and accounts with, and he advised as to the same by Applicant's officers, employees, lenders, attorneys, customers, suppliers, and independent public accountant; all to such reasonable extent as AmeriFactors may desire, and all on the condition that AmeriFactors seeks such information in good faith in connection with The Applicantants factoring application. Applicant hereby authorizes AmeriFactors to immediately file a financing statement covering all collateral of Applicant. The financing statement will become effective when (and if) Applicant and AmeriFactors enter into a factoring agreement. In the event AmeriFactors and Applicant fail to enter into a factoring agreement, AmeriFactors will file a termination statement.

Applicant hereby authorizes its suppliers, customers, lenders, accountants, principals, officers and attorneys to provide AmeriFactors (and any officer, employee or representative thereof) such information about Applicant and its affairs, finances, and accounts as AmeriFactors may request. Applicant also authorizes each such person and firm to accept a copy of this Authorization as if it were an original. The individual submitting this application who is either an officer, director, partner, member, owner of a sole proprietorship or shareholder of the Applicant, recognizing that his individual credit history may be a factor in the evaluation of the credit history of the Applicant, hereby consents to and authorizes the use of a consumer credit report by AmeriFactors from time to time as may be needed in the credit evaluation.
